These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our digital directory, platform tools, and related business directory services. NJ Business Directory is a registered alternate name of ALL SEAL SOLUTION LLC. Please review these terms carefully prior to browsing or submitting directory listings.

Agreement Details

Please review the following twenty-seven standard legal clauses governing all business listings, user accounts, directory interactions, and associated digital services provided across our network.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the NJ Business Directory platform, website, or APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable state and federal laws.

2. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time. Material updates will be reflected with an updated effective date on this website.

3. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to bind any business entity on whose behalf you register or interact.

4. Business Listing Accuracy

Listing owners must ensure that business names, addresses, phone numbers, state registrations, and operational claims remain accurate, complete, and current.

5. Verification Procedures

The Directory reserves the right to request proof of legal entity status, professional licensure, physical address verification, or New Jersey corporate standing prior to listing approval.

6. User Account Security

Account holders are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activities, profile updates, and communications occurring under their respective accounts.

7. Prohibited Listing Categories

Listings promoting unlawful enterprises, deceptive marketing, unlicensed regulated professions, predatory financial services, or fraudulent schemes are strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct and Integrity

Users agree not to scrape directory data, introduce malicious software, disrupt infrastructure, or impersonate other businesses or authorized representatives.

9. Review and Rating Guidelines

All user reviews must stem from genuine customer experiences. Incentivized, retaliatory, fraudulent, or defamatory reviews will be removed upon audit.

10. Content Moderation Rights

The Directory maintains absolute editorial discretion to edit, unpublish, reject, or suspend any listing, image, or review that violates internal standards or state statutes.

11. Intellectual Property Ownership

All proprietary directory trademarks, user interface designs, search algorithms, and compilation copyrights remain the sole property of NJ Business Directory.

12. License to Submitted Content

By submitting photos, descriptions, or logos, you grant the Directory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to index, display, and promote that content across our directory channels.

13. Trademark and Copyright Complaints

We comply with standard DMCA notice-and-takedown procedures. Infringement claims should be directed to our designated legal and compliance department.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

Directory pages may contain outbound links to member websites. We do not endorse, manage, or assume liability for third-party websites or their independent privacy practices.

15. Fees, Subscriptions, and Renewals

Premium listing placements, promotional tiers, and verified badges are billed according to published rate schedules and recur automatically unless canceled prior to the billing cycle.

16. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription cancellations take effect at the close of the current paid billing cycle. Setup fees and pro-rated monthly platform disbursements are non-refundable.

17. Service Availability and Maintenance

While we endeavor to provide continuous server uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for scheduled downtime, maintenance, or force majeure events.

18. Data Privacy and Information Handling

Collection, storage, and processing of contact and account data are governed strictly by our official Privacy Policy in compliance with applicable consumer data protection guidelines.

19. Commercial Electronic Communications

By maintaining an account, you consent to receive administrative notifications, security advisories, and directory verification messages via your designated email address.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

The directory platform and all directory listings are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Directory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from directory usage or commercial interactions.

22. Indemnification Obligations

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NJ Business Directory and its officers from claims, liabilities, or losses arising from your listing content or violation of these terms.

23. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute or controversy arising out of these terms shall be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration administered in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

25. Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions.

26. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties concerning directory access and platform participation.
